By accessing or using the Skilz Circle platform ("Skilz"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
Skilz is a marketplace that connects service providers with clients. Skilz does not provide, guarantee, or control the services offered by providers. All agreements are between the client and provider.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.
4. User Conduct
Users agree to use Skilz only for lawful purposes. Users must not harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users. Providers must hold valid qualifications for regulated services.
5. Fees & Payments
Skilz charges transaction and withdrawal fees as outlined in the Payment & Withdrawal Terms. By using the platform, you agree to the applicable fee schedule.
6. Intellectual Property
All Skilz branding, design, and technology are owned by Skilz. Users retain ownership of their own content but grant Skilz a license to display it on the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
Skilz is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or any service booked through it. Skilz does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services.
8. Modifications
Skilz may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app.
