1. Payment Methods

Clients can pay providers in two ways: from their Skilz wallet balance, or in cash at the time of service. All Skilz fees apply regardless of payment method.

2. Wallet Top-Ups

Minimum top-up: $10. Methods include debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Wish Pay, OMT, bank transfer, and crypto wallets.

3. Subscription Plans

Skilz offers four provider subscription plans. Higher plans unlock lower fees.

4. Fee Structure

Fees are bracket-based: the percentage decreases as the service amount increases. The total fee is split equally — half charged at service completion (transaction fee), half at withdrawal (withdrawal fee).

5. Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal: $100. Withdrawal destinations include bank accounts, Wish/OMT wallets, and other supported methods depending on country.

6. Negative Balance

Provider wallets may become negative when fees are owed. Negative balances must be cleared within 5 calendar days. Failure to settle may result in account freeze.

7. Tax Withholding (Lebanon)

For Lebanese providers, withholding may apply to withdrawals at the current configured rate. This can be waived by completing Level 2 verification (tax registration with the Ministry of Finance).
